  • Leading and developing the accounting and finance team
  • Overseeing financial planning and strategy
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Managing financial reporting and analysis
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Implementing financial systems and processes
  • Collaborating with senior management on financial decision-making
  • Managing the organisation's budget and financial sustainability

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A recognised qualification in accounting or a related field
  • Proven experience in a finance role within the not for profit and charities sector
  • Strong leadership skills and experience leading a team
