With an impressive turnover of approximately £600m and a presence across over 500 sites, this is a unique opportunity to join a business that makes a real difference in people's lives.Job DescriptionLead R2R process improvement projects and enhance financial operations.Collaborate with senior management to refine reporting processes, controls, and systems.Review month-end balance sheet reconciliations and control accounts across the group.Prepare timely financial reports for the Executive Board and Senior Leadership Team.Provide accurate variance analysis to help stakeholders understand business performance.Manage and support the operational finance team, overseeing two direct reports.Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist with external audit queries and year-end processes.The Successful ApplicantThis role is ideal for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have a proven track record in delivering change, experience in managing a team, and strong technical skills, particularly in data manipulation and financial modelling using SQL and Excel.
