Job Description

  • Develop financial strategy and performance measures that align with the company's strategic direction.
  • Oversee and manage the finance department's operations, including budgets, forecasting, and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Foster relations with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide insightful information and expectations to the company's executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
  • Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
  • Present financial reports to the board, stakeholders, and executives in formal meetings.
  • Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Advanced understanding of business principles and practices.
