Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of UK financials (approx. £15M turnover)
  • Month-end close and year-end audit lead
  • Budgeting process (starting July, year-end in September)
  • Liaison with auditors and preparation of schedules
  • Potential to bring payroll back in-house (currently outsourced)
  • Support and collaborate with UK management team (Sales, Ops, etc.)
  • Identify and explain financial variances
  • Opportunity to grow into Finance Director role in the future
  • Managing a team of 2



The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Strong experience in financial reporting and planning within a similar sector.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
  • A solid understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
