Operating as a small-sized entity, it offers a supportive work environment with a focus on delivering meaningful outcomes within its community.Job DescriptionOversee day-to-day financial operations, including billingChasing outstanding debtorsBank reconciliationsPreparing the monthly management accountsBalance sheet reconciliationsPrepare accurate financial reports against budget and present them to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.Manage payroll and monitor cash flow to support operational needs.Collaborate with senior leadership on financial strategies and decision-making.There are lots of opportunities to improve and update internal financial controls and processes.The Finance Manager will also play a large role in the procurement and facilities management for the organisation.
