Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the preparation of management accounts and year-end financial statements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise financial performance.
  • Develop and implement effective financial control systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Strong qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field- ACCA, ACA, CIMA
  • Experience working within the not-for-profit sector or similar industries.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A proven track record in managing budgets and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards.
