Job Description

The Finance Manager duties will include:

  • Managing the finance team ensuring delivery on operational objectives while overseeing financial compliance, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
  • Preparing and presenting monthly/quarterly reports, providing advice, identifying key trends and providing insights that enable stakeholder understanding and the diagnosis of operational and financial performance.
  • Supporting senior leadership on enhancements to process delivery/efficiency and organisational performance
  • Supervising and developing the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Liaising with auditors and external stakeholders as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Experience within a role at this level
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of regulations and best practice
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and support a finance team.
  • Presentation, communication and delivery skills
  • Knowledge of financial systems and tools relevant to the Not For Profit industry would be advantageous
