  • Implementing and monitoring financial controls and procedures
  • Providing financial advice and guidance to the organisation's leadership
  • Leading and developing the finance team

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Professional accounting certification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
  • Experience in financial management and leadership
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and standards
  • Strong financial reporting skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
