Job Description

  • Managing the financial activities of the department.
  • Overseeing the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
  • Implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Providing financial advice and guidance to the organisation's leadership.
  • Ensuring financial risks are identified and managed appropriately.
  • Contributing to the development of the organisation's strategic plans.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Qualified through experience or formal accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIPFA, CIMA, AAT)
  • Experience in financial management.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development.
