Job Description

As Finance Manager, you will be involved in:

  • Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts
  • Ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
  • Assisting in the preparation of the company's annual budget
  • Carrying out business modelling and risk assessments
  • Providing support and advice to the management team regarding financial decisions
  • Developing strategies that work to minimise financial risk
  • Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting
  • Managing two Finance Assistants, supporting them with workload

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Professional certification such as CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and MS Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Management Accounting background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of financial reporting standards
  • Proven experience in preparing financial reports and statements
  • Ability to work well in a team and meet tight deadlines
