Job Description
- Oversee the operations of the Accounting & Finance department
- Manage financial planning and budgeting processes
- Prepare the management accounts pack
- Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Identify and manage financial risks
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations
- Provide guidance and support to finance team members
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Professional accreditation such as ACA, CIMA or ACCA
- Proficiency in financial management software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Although not essential, experience gained working within the manufacturing industry would be highly advantageous.
