Job Description

  • Lead the finance team and oversee financial operations within the department.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies in line with company objectives.
  • Analyse financial performance and forecast future trends.
  • Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to improve financial performance.
  • Manage budgeting and reporting processes.
  • Provide guidance on cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximisation strategies.
  • Prepare financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA or QBE.
  • Proven experience in a finance leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and databases.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
