Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
  • Managing the process of preparation and submission of UK statutory accounts and management accounts across different entities.
  • Lead financial strategy planning and budgeting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
  • Responsible for key elements of the monthly, quarterly and year end Group close/consolidation process.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive financial performance and scalability.
  • Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit control.
  • Prepare and present financial reports for management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • ACA/ACCA
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial finance role within the technology & telecoms industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and leadership abilities.
