In return, they offer a collaborative environment, real ownership, and career-defining work.Job DescriptionWhat You'll Be DoingManage the full finance function: invoicing, cash posting, journalsLead monthly reporting: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow & insightful MICashflow forecasting and debtor managementPayroll processing & compliance (UK & US)Drive cost management & financial controlsCollaborate with outsourced finance partners to ensure global complianceManage statutory filings and tax returns (with external support as needed)Identify and mitigate financial risk with a robust control frameworkLead ad hoc finance projects, including M&A, systems upgrades & process improvementYour day to day role will includeOverseeing Accounts Receivable & Payable from invoice prep to bank allocationsDaily bank reconciliations and credit card managementMonth-end ownership including all journals, reconciliations & board pack inputRevenue matching, payroll journal entries, VAT reconciliationReporting KPIs to CFO, with deep dives into performance driversThe Successful ApplicantWhat you will bring to the role:An accredited degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.Ideally you will have some accountancy exams under your belt, MAAT, ACCA, ACA or CIMAProven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsPassion for process improvement and financial rigourAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modelling)Experience processing payroll a strong plusWhat's on OfferA competitive salary ranging from £40,000 -£50,000 DOEGreat opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to step upAre you an experienced finance professional ready to take ownership of a dynamic, hands-on role across international operations?
