Job Description

  • Develop and implement robust financial strategies aligning with company goals.
  • Act as a key liaison between the finance department and other business units.
  • Participate in strategic financial projects within the Energy & Natural Resources sector.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Support the development of the company's financial policies and procedures.
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to management and team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
  • Excellent financial and strategic management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
