Job Description

  • Support strategic financial planning and budgeting processes.
  • Serve as a strategic financial adviser to the Compliance team, creating financial models to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify and implement financial best practices.
  • Maintain reliable data by managing huge complex data sets using Excel and in-house technologies.
  • Produce financial planning and reporting for these areas, guaranteeing preciseness and promptness while easing integration into the larger team.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve financial objectives.
  • Participate in financial audits.
  • Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • Relevant qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
  • Strong financial planning and strategy skills.
  • Capable of evaluating complex data and providing data-driven recommendations..
  • Proficiency with Excel and Power BI; understanding of D365 is desired.
  • A strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
