This role as a Finance Business Partner, offers a unique opportunity to combine financial planning and analysis with commercial business partnering within a rapidly growing business. The ideal candidate will be formally qualified and comfortable working with the commercial teams to offer strategic financial insights, while also owning FP&A deliverables such as budgeting, forecasting, and modelling.

Job Description

Finance Business Partner duties:

  • Act as trusted partner to the Commercial teams, supporting decision-making through financial insight and advice, and collaborating to align financial strategy with commercial goals.
  • Analyse performance metrics and KPIs, identify variances, and recommend course corrections or growth opportunities.
  • Engage in pricing, margin and cost-optimisation projects to align with the organisation's revenue targets.
  • Prepare regular management reporting and presentations to commercial leadership.



FP&A duties:

  • Prepare and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and scenario models throughout the year.
  • Conduct variance analysis versus budget and forecast-highlighting trends and Insights
  • Build and improve financial models that support planning and strategic decision making.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation and reporting.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Proven experience in financial modelling, reporting, forecasting, and business partnering.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within a commercial environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience within manufacturing or a product driven environment is desirable.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on driving business performance.
