Job Description

  • Driving financial planning and analysis for the business.
  • Developing financial models to support strategic initiatives.
  • Presenting financial insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Supporting the Accounting & Finance department in monthly, quarterly and yearly closes.
  • Analysing financial data and providing actionable insights.
  • Participating in cross-functional projects.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of the business services industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • Financial Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis principles.
  • Experience in the Accounting & Finance department of a business services firm.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a team and influence key stakeholders.
