This is a "true" business partnering role in that there is little to no involvement in month end activity. Most of your role will include monitoring / reporting / analysing finances and KPIs and providing financial support to non-financial stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement financial strategies and plans
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with different teams to drive financial performance
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic planning

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • Recognised qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate across business functions, and a confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Although not essential, knowledge of SAP would be preferable
