Job Description
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in influencing financial and operational decision-making. You will:
- Act as a commercial partner, collaborating with finance, operations, commercial teams, and Group IT.
- Analyse financial trends, providing actionable insights and commentary to improve business performance.
- Develop and manage financial models to support business cases and proposals.
- Provide recommendations to drive profit and ROI improvements.
- Support strategic decision-making, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Communicate financial insights effectively across all levels of the business.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner should be:
- Highly analytical with strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
- Qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA, although part-qualified accountants or qualified by experience candidates with suitable experience will be considered
- Proven experience in a commercial finance role.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
