About Our Client

Leading Surrey based charity are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. To work in conjunction with the Head of Finance by providing strategic advice and operational guidance to the wider organisation in the development of their budgets, taking account of additional funding streams and resources that can be tapped into.

Job Description

As the Finance Business Partner you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive finance business partner services for the organisation
  • Analysing trends and variances, and proactively investigating income and costs to enhance outcomes
  • Supervising the creation and monitoring of budgets, offering constructive challenges to understand budget forecasts and actual results.
  • Generating forecasts as needed and ensuring their accuracy
  • Management accounts
  • Manage a small team.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be/have:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification
  • Demonstrable experience within a Finance Business Partner role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Line management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.

What's on Offer

£55,000 to £60,000 per annum, plus a generous holiday allowance and local government pension.

Based Sutton three times a week, with two from home.
