The Finance Business Analyst role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to define user and implement the functional requirement for a fast-paced finance team at a leading professional services firm. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, SME's and the PMO to track and deliver the successful ERP implementation and integration of legacy finance systems.

Job Description

  • Partner with key stakeholders to gather user requirements and track project delivery
  • Have a solid understanding of and be able to articulate financial systems and processes
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and logs
  • Support with the preparation of budgets and financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Analyst should have:

  • Recognised accountancy qualification, (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or extensive equivalent experience
  • Have a strong accountancy background, ideally within financial control
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem solving mindset
  • Experience in ERP implementation and legacy system integration
  • Knowledge of process mapping and AS-IS, TO-BE
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
