Job Description

  • Processing invoices and managing the accounts payable ledger.
  • Providing administrative support to the finance team.
  • Assisting with the year-end audit process.
  • Complying with all financial regulations and standards.
  • Assisting with payroll administration.



The Successful Applicant

The successful Finance Assistant should have:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar Finance Assistant role
  • Proficiency in using finance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
