Job Description
- Maintaining and updating financial records
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Managing invoice processing and expense reports
- Providing administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team
- Participating in the budget planning and management process
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assisting in the preparation of year-end accounts and audits
- Adhering to all company policies and regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Admin should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with finance software
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of financial and accounting principles
- Ability to work in a team and independently
