Our client is a prominent law firm with over 1000 employees, providing legal services across the globe. Renowned for its commitment to excellence, the firm prides itself in offering top-tier legal solutions to a diverse clientele including those in the private and public sector. The firm has a growing office in central Leeds and is now looking for a Family Partner to join.

Job Description

The Family Partner will deal with a range of responsibilities including;

  • Taking charge of the Family Law department in Leeds.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the department's growth and success.
  • Work closely with the Family Partners in other offices
  • Work with the other local teams and look to cross sell where possible.
  • Bringing your own contacts across and take the lead on recruitment and growth of the team.
  • Handle high-net-worth divorce and ancillary relief cases.



The Successful Applicant

The successful Family Partner should have:

  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing a legal department or team.
  • Expertise in Family Law and handling high-net-worth cases.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic planning abilities.
  • Have your own contacts and work streams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in fostering professional relationships and securing new business opportunities.
