Job Description

  • Maintain and manage council buildings, ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Oversee contractors and service providers for both technical (hard) and support (soft) services.
  • Manage front-of-house operations, cleaning, and office logistics to support a professional environment.
  • Coordinate space planning, office moves, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Lead facilities staff, manage budgets, and liaise with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
