Job Description

  • Manage the senior executive's schedule, including meetings, international travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and prepare documents, presentations, and reports as required.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
  • Organise and maintain confidential files and records, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
  • Support the planning and execution of business events and meetings.
  • Handle expense reporting and budget tracking for the executive's office.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and task completion.
  • Proactively identify ways to improve administrative processes and efficiencies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Personal Assistant should have:

  • A proven track record in a similar role within the business services industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
