Providing support to the CEO and their team with administration and office duties. This would be ideal for someone who has experience working with the executive committee and board members. Our CEO and Executive Committee operate across multiple initiatives and geographies.

Job Description

  • Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, supporting both strategic and operational initiatives
  • Manage Executive Committee schedules, documentation, and follow ups with precision and discretion.
  • Liaise directly with Board members and external stakeholders, often owning the communications cadence and materials.
  • Prepare high-quality decks, reports, and documentation using advanced Microsoft Office (Especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Lead key projects, events, and internal processes from ideation to execution
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies and proactively drive solutions that create flow and focus
  • Anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and always be a step ahead
  • Build strong internal relationships to ensure leadership team is aligned and informed.
  • Covering the other Personal Assistants during periods of absence.



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience working directly with the CEO and Executive Committee in a fast-paced, high accountability environment
  • Prior experience to board-level engagement and governance process
  • Proven ability to own projects and lead from the front
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, particularly in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • A background in Financial Services or Professional Services with an understanding of discretion, client service and speed of delivery
  • Preferred but not essential experience in supporting leadership through periods of high growth, transformation.
