Key responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include:
- Managing and organising meetings and appointments
- Preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Booking and arranging travel when required
- Inbox management for the team
- Implementing and maintaining administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Collating and filing expenses

The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Previous work experience in a similar position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
