Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage logistics for events, including venue bookings and supplier arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute event materials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Maintain event calendars and provide updates to the relevant teams.
  • Act as a point of contact for event-related queries and communications.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures during event planning.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks such as data entry and expense tracking.
  • Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure event success.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Event Assistant should have:

  • Prior experience in event coordination or administrative support roles.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and communication tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to team success.
