Their commitment to excellence and continuous improvement drives their success in diverse markets.Job DescriptionOversee month-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all journals, reconciliations, and reporting.Ensure accurate revenue and cost recognition aligned with contractual terms, and manage cash flow to meet requirements while minimising FX risks.Supervise the preparation and submission of statutory accounts, tax filings, and Companies House filings across multiple jurisdictions.Maintain and update detailed financial forecast models and assist in annual budget production and packaging for corporate finance.Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop economic models supporting the bid process.Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental regulations, and company policies, fostering a positive and safe work environment.Lead and coach the finance team, setting performance targets, conducting regular reviews, and providing training and development opportunities.Manage the accounts payable ledger, ensuring no backlogs and timely reconciliation of bank accounts.Support audit planning and deliverables, managing the audit process from start to filing for all required countries.Partner with budget owners and the Managing Director to update financial forecasts, manage budgets, and enhance CRM data accuracy.The Successful ApplicantACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with significant post qualification experience working in a complex, international business.
