The Successful Applicant

A successful Estimator should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Property or a related field
  • Experience in a similar role within the Construction sector

  • A strong understanding of the Property industry and market trends
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a team and lead projects
