Job Description

  • Provide expert advice on all ER matters
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Provide HR policy guidance
  • Monitor and report on workplace climate and employee relations issues
  • Oversee and manage TUPE processes, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with legal requirements. Training can be provided for candidates without prior TUPE experience

The Successful Applicant

A successful ER Advisor should have:

  • Have a CIPD qualification or a degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience in an ER Advisor role within the Hospitality or FMCG industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
