Training can be provided for candidates without prior TUPE experienceThe Successful ApplicantA successful ER Advisor should have:Have a CIPD qualification or a degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related fieldProven experience in an ER Advisor role within the Hospitality or FMCG industryStrong knowledge of HR policies and proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationWhat's on OfferA competitive salary range of £42,000 - £48,000 per annumComprehensive medical benefitsA generous holiday allowance, starting with 20 days in the first year, rising to 25 days from the second year of service.
