Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure product quality and safety standards are met consistently.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and manage departmental budgets and resources.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive innovation in product design and manufacturing techniques.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Engineering & Manufacturing Manager should have:

  • Relevant educational background in Engineering or Manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the autmotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to quickly implement change and gain respect of the team
  • Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes and product quality control.
  • Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent budget management and resource planning skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
