This role is a perfect lifestyle position, providing you with opportunity and flexibility as you so chose. Working 3 days per week and could be developed into something more if you are ambitious to develop the client base to turn this role into 5 days in the future.

Our client are specialising in tax, with the firm providing a comprehensive range of solutions to this prestigious and diverse clients. They are offering a great base salary along with performance bonus and full autonomy to work with the Directors to support on the Employment tax projects for their customers.

Job Description

  • A hands on role, managing relationships with clients and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of tax professionals.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Providing expert advice on a range of projects across the spectrum of employment tax matters.
  • Should you be interested in (not required) developing new business opportunities within the employment tax space.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Employment Tax Manager should have:

  • A professional tax or accounting qualification.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent client management skills.
  • The ability to develop and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
