Job Description

The Employment Solicitor will be:



  • Advising on a broad range of employment law matters, including misconduct issues.


  • Representing the organisation in employment tribunals and other legal proceedings.


  • Providing strategic legal guidance to senior leadership and HR teams.


  • Managing caseloads, ensuring compliance with employment law legislation.


  • Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
