A fantastic opportunity to join a large, EMEA payroll function to assist with BAU processing and payroll operations within an FMCG businesss. This is an end to end payroll processing position, in Surrey (4 days per week on site) for a 2-year term.

Job Description

EMEA Payroll Specialist (24-month FTC)

  • Process payroll for countries within the EMEA region, ensuring compliance with in-country regulations
  • Maintain all payroll records
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve all payroll-related issues
  • Prepare and submit statutory filings and reports
  • Manage payroll-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to employees
  • Assist the wider team in the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems and software
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations within the EMEA region
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements

The Successful Applicant

EMEA Payroll Specialist (24-month FTC)

  • EMEA Payroll exposure previously (or current)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fluency in English (additional languages would be a big plus)
  • Have the ability to work independently as well as a part of a large team
  • Strong proficiency with MS office suites and payroll software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to adhere to a 2-year term
