This role is for a dedicated Software Engineer looking to utilize their skills to make a real impact in the modern tech landscape. The successful candidate will collaborate with a dynamic team in Dalgety Bay working heavily with C/C++ and Linux Systems. Working together is essential in this role and our client believes teamwork thrives when everyone is in working in he office together; which is way this is a fully office based position.

Job Description

  • Designing, coding, and debugging software applications with C/C++
  • Working with the Tres Amigos for implementation of concepts
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure software standards are met.
  • Contributing to the development of project plans and schedules.
  • Reviewing and improving existing systems documentation.
  • Collaborating with other team members to solve complex problems.
  • Mentoring junior members of the team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Software Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in software engineering with C/C++
  • Solid knowledge of Linux databases and operating systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
