Job Description

  • Oversee the implementation of the customer marketing strategy both directly and in-directly through a team of CRM Executives
  • Develop and implement effective email marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align marketing initiatives.
  • Analyse market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing budget.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Email Marketing Manager should have:

  • A degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience in a Senior CRM/Email Marketing/Customer Marketing role in the Retail or Loyalty Program environments.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
