Job Description

As Electrical Team Leader you will be tasked with the following;

  • Lead a team of electrical engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Ensure all electrical work meets company standards and safety regulations
  • Train and mentor junior team members
  • Coordinate with other departments for efficient operations
  • Oversee maintenance and repair of electrical systems
  • Work closely with management to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Regularly review team performance and implement improvements where necessary
  • Stay updated with latest industry trends and ensure team is trained accordingly

The Successful Applicant

A successful Electrical Team Leader should have:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Previous experience in a team leader role in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or similar
  • Demonstrable PLC Fault Finding experience
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulation
  • Full Right To Work in the UK
