Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Website & Trading:



  • Own DTC and marketplace performance, driving conversion, AOV, traffic, and revenue.


  • Manage day-to-day site trading, content updates, merchandising, and UX/UI optimisation.


  • Execute promotional calendars and product launches in collaboration with global marketing.


  • Oversee inventory forecasting and coordination with supply chain.


  • Leverage data tools (e.g. GA, Triple Whale) for performance tracking and insight generation.


  • Collaborate with dev teams/agencies to implement features and troubleshoot.



Digital Growth:



  • Partner with digital teams to optimise paid media, SEO, and acquisition strategies.


  • Use A/B testing and analytics to drive CRO and growth initiatives.


  • Support CRM and email strategies through segmentation and personalisation.



Customer Experience & Retention:



  • Implement loyalty programmes and retention strategies in collaboration with brand and marketing.


  • Ensure a seamless and localised customer journey across all digital touchpoints.

The Successful Applicant

Experience in managing and optimising .com platforms, preferably Shopify, and within the hair/beauty category.

· Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Triple Whale, Meta, TTS, Klaviyo A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.

· Strong commercial and trade experience, with a deep understanding of the key levers to pull throughout the marketing funnel to drive growth within e-commerce.

· Deep understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and customer acquisition strategies.

· Proven success in scaling ecommerce businesses and driving significant revenue growth.

· A confident and accountable self-starter who can work autonomously and within wider teams

· Excellent project management, organisational, and strategic thinking abilities.
