Job Description

  • Manage the Director's complex diary, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments effectively.
  • Prepare and collate documents, reports, and presentations for key meetings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and expense management.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with event planning and organisation as required by the Director.
  • Monitor and manage email correspondence, prioritising and responding as appropriate.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.

The Successful Applicant

A successful EA to Director should have:

  • Proven experience in providing executive-level administrative support within a not for profit setting.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • A proactive and solution-focused mindset to anticipate and address needs.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with stakeholders.
