Job Description

Key Responsibilities;

  • Manage the CEO's diary, scheduling meetings and appointments with precision.
  • Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodation bookings.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organise and manage key business events and executive meetings.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for the CEO's office.
  • Support the CEO in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful EA should have:

  • Proven experience in a senior-level executive assistant or similar role.
  • A strong understanding of the insurance industry or comparable professional environments.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
