Job Description

Key responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Manager:



  • Digital Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, email, and website.


  • Content Creation & Management: Develop engaging content for email campaigns, web copy, and social media, and manage the content on the company's website using WordPress.


  • Campaign Execution & Monitoring: Run and assess marketing campaigns, including Go-to-Market and Partner Marketing, while ensuring alignment with business objectives.


  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with product managers and other departments to align marketing efforts with product goals and ensure smooth execution.


  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyse key metrics such as website traffic, audience engagement, and campaign performance to drive improvements.


  • Brand & Market Growth: Help build brand awareness, enhance online reputation, and explore new channels and strategies to support business expansion.



The Successful Applicant

The successful Digital Marketing Manager:



  • Strong experience in digital marketing within the IT Services space, including social media, email, and website management


  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Strong time management and organisational abilities to handle multiple projects


  • Knowledge of SEO (desirable but not essential)


  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams


  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks


  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends
