Job Description

  • Lead the tax team, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective tax strategies and policies.
  • Manage tax risk and ensure effective controls are in place.
  • Liaise with external advisors and auditors.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in tax legislation.
  • Prepare and submit accurate tax returns in a timely manner.
  • Oversee tax audits and handle negotiations with tax authorities.
  • Provide tax advice and guidance to the wider business.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A strong academic background in Direct / Corporate Tax
  • ACA / CTA qualified.
  • Exceptional knowledge of tax law and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
