Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the admissions team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the admissions process and enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations within the education sector.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline student enrolment processes.
  • Monitor performance metrics and produce regular reports for senior management.
  • Provide training and support to admissions staff to ensure professional development.
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders involved in the admissions process.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by prospective students or staff.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Deputy Head of Admissions should have:

  • Previous experience in an admissions or enrolment-related role within the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of admissions policies, processes, and regulations.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
