Job Description

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to support supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to predict future demand patterns.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions or overstocking.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor supply chain performance.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements in demand planning and inventory management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance overall procurement efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Demand Planner should have:

  • Experience in demand planning or a related role within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • A background in procurement or supply chain management is desirable.
