As pioneers in dermatology, they are constantly evolving and setting industry standards to meet the needs of patients and healthcare professionals alike.Job Description Daily Sales and Tracker Updates:Maintain and update sales and stockholding trackers.Send out daily sales updates to internal stakeholders.Create and refresh monthly templates for tracking sales and stockholding.Update the 'Customer Types' list with new wholesalers, pharmacies, and customers.Cleanse and prepare raw data for segmentation analysis.Conduct segmentation refreshes on a quarterly or semi-annual basis.Communicate updates to Account Managers, Head of Sales, and Telesales teams.Provide training materials for Account Managers to update their territories.Act as the main point of contact for segmentation-related queries and coordinate with global data analysts as needed.Collect, cleanse, and compile raw sales data from wholesalers into internal master files.Ensure data accuracy for monthly analysis and segmentation refreshes.Generate and share monthly reports with detailed insights and recommendations.Update trackers for Corporate Accounts Performance and Lapsed Customers.Collaborate with the Commercial Lead to validate monthly sales data against Commercial Policy guidelines.Use templates and formulas to ensure accurate sales calculations.Update internal data files with raw data from multiple vendors.Support data matching internally and externally with third-party consultancy firms.Identify and mitigate any data gaps or inconsistencies.Prepare monthly performance reports for Business Performance Reviews (BPR).Share pre-read materials and align BPR meetings with stakeholders.Update KPI scorecards and compile meeting notes for distribution to key stakeholders.Assist the Veeva CRM tasks.
