The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support, managing customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance and business needs.

Our client is a leading expert undergoing a great amount of growth, seeking a temporary customer service agent to support them during a busy period with the view of becoming permanent.

Job Description

Customer Interaction:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Address and resolve customer issues, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Provide customers with accurate information about products, services, and order status.

Internal Coordination:

  • Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Coordinate with the Operations & Logistics teams to track orders and manage delivery timelines.

Administrative Support:

  • Follow-up on outstanding customer issues where required.
  • Track sales and product inquiries, coordinating with the appropriate team members to take necessary actions.

Team Collaboration:

  • Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Coordinator should have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in coordinating with multiple departments is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
